Deco Breeze™
All Deco Breeze products are designed
in California, USA
Deco Breeze manufactures all of it's items in China under close
supervision of their company production managers.
WARRANTY: All Deco
Breeze products carry a limited 3 year parts and labor warranty.
All Deco Breeze
product lines are hand made. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and
imperfections are the characteristics of hand craftsmanship.
Neither seller nor
manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or
consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the
product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the
products for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and
liability whatsoever therewith. The preceding statements are made in
lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Sellers and manufacturers
only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved
to be defective if returned within ten days of receipt of merchandise.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express over the phone in addition to paypal through online
ordering. For security purposes, do not provide your credit card
details via Email. We also accept checks and money orders. Please
contact us directly via
phone or Email before sending funds in the mail. Your item will ship
once the payment in full has cleared our bank.
Order Information
Claims for
damages/shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of
merchandise. No claims will be accepted after this time unless it is a
warranty issue. All returns must be authorized by contacting us and will
be subject to a 25% restocking charge unless it is a warranty
replacement/repair or greater value exchange. We do not issue call tags. Shipping charges on all
returned merchandise will be paid by the customer and are not refundable.
Once shipments are accepted, merchandise is the responsibility of the
customer. Inspect all packages and report visible damage to the carrier
upon acceptance. FEDEX will not accept any freight issue claims after 5
days of receipt of merchandise.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via
FEDEX ground.
Our goal is to process
orders and ship them within 4 business days of initial order, excluding
transit time
Please notify us
immediately if an item is damaged due to shipping as we only have ten
business days from the date of receipt to process your claim, and resend
your items. Otherwise you may have to take your claim directly with the
carrier.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders
that ship to any Colorado location at the state rate of 2.9%.
