ONE LOT VINTAGE / ANTIQUE GERMAN / EUROPEAN TUBE RADIOS
AS-FOUND / AS-IS CONDITION
Great for restoration or for parting out (some of them). Thousands of potential $$$$$, but I just don’t have the time. Also, some of them need wood / finish work to the cabinets, which isn’t our ‘Forte’.
These are all in ‘As-Found / Un-Tested’ condition and are selling ‘As-Is’. Most have all their original tubes. A few tubes missing and one of the smaller radios has its tubes pulled. Sorry, but No powering up (if you know tube gear, you know why) nor individual testing etc. No ‘Cherry Picking. Take-it ALL deal.
I've restored previous ones electronically (already had decent cabinets) and realized between $750 to $1500 ea. for them.
Again, I have ‘other fish to fry’ so don’t have time to invest in them.

No shipping on this lot. Pickup avail in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Brands included; Blaupunkt Florenz and Sultan, Grundig Majestic, Nordemend Fidelio, Telefunken Opus and a others shown in the photos. Almost all the tubes are European Amperex, Valvo, Telefunken etc. The tubes alone are potentially worth more than the price of the lot.

Great working Jewell "Wakemaster" all tube, AM clock radio. We have completely gone through it, replacing / checking all the tubes and electrolytic capacitors. All controls cleaned, as was the entire unit, inside and out. Case buffed to near new condition. Picks up stations well and sounds good. Free from RF interference. Missing one small knob on clock and the top 2/3 of cardboard back. Clock tested and alarm works fine. Burned in for many hours after refurb.

Very handsome black Bakelite body with full front "tweed" grill. Great looking "Dashboard Gauge" style back-lit dial. Very clean and shiny with only a small tarnish spot on dial bezel (ring). We have completely gone through it electronically cleaning controls, tightening dial cord, installing new filter caps, checking and or replacing all tubes, installing new AC cord and adding a fuse for safety. Original back intact and in fine shape. Body has no cracks, splits or chips. Very shiny. Ready to display and or use. Works and sounds great.

Very slight yellowing of dial window. Radio works well! No chips, dents, cracks, splits or warping.

Very vintage looking Philco "Tweed", Battery powered AM Radio. Looks great, but selling for repair / restoration, display or prop use only! Needs tubes / restoration to function. Case in great shape with original stitched leather handle. Plastic dial window intact and good. Dial string intact and moves pointer with knob fine. Original "flocked" speaker grill screen in great shape. Has back antenna loop and matching tweed back. Could, of course be retro-fitted with modern AC "wall-wart" type power supplies / adaptors. Really beautiful radio! Measures 13.75" wide x 8" tall (not including handle) x 8" deep and weighs 9 lbs unpacked.

One of the more classic "Bakelite" designs. These don't last long when we get them like this. Great Deco lines.  Very clean and shiny. We have completely gone through it electronically cleaning controls, tightening dial cord, cleaning and lubing tuning capacitor, installing all new filter caps, testing and passing all the original intact factory Philco tubes, installing new AC cord and adding a fuse for safety. Body has been cleaned and polished and has no cracks, splits or chips. Back has been removed. Ready to display and or use. Works and sounds great!

WOW! How incredibly cool! 1938 Chrome plated Scott Phantom "Westwood" tuner / amplifier chassis & dedicated 12" Scott model 302 speaker. Up to now we have only seen these in photos. This thing is in "as-found", yet exquisite condition. 13 tubes in the tuner section and 6 tubes in the power supply / amplifier section.  "Tuning Eye" tube tuning. BC & SW bands. AC powered. Chrome in 9+ condition. (Dings to can in photos are actually on the can of the power supply / amplifier module, not the tuner module as shown indicated in the collage). All the original 7 knobs, connectors & tube covers intact. Dial glass and silk screening perfect. Little wear to any of the units. Speaker has old repair to the paper. The photos pretty much tell the story. We have done nothing to it, not even powered it up yet. At this point that is how it will remain, untested on all fronts. Tuner module measures 15.25" wide x 15" deep x 10.5" tall and weighs 31 lbs. Power supply / amplifier module measures 18" long x 5.25" deep x 8.25" tall and weighs 18 lbs. Speaker is 12" in diameter x 7.5" deep and weighs 12 lbs.

Very classy "Marilyn" pink Zenith 5-tube Clock / Radio with alarm. Beautiful condition inside and out. All the original issue Zenith tubes intact and all test well. We have completely gone through it cleaning and testing everything (although it didn't need much it has been well cared for it's entire life). Looks and works great! Very subtle pink color with gold accents and white dial faces. Lens spotlessly clear and clean. With the exception of some very light and even scuffing on the top, there are no cracks, breaks, chips, scratches, dings or anything else on body. All original knobs intact and no missing parts. Original back intact and perfect!  You won't be disappointed in this one. Looks like it just came out of the box! Measures 13" wide x 6" high.
