Payment Methods Ordering of most Crosley products is via 'On-Line / E-Commerce' from the web pages. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards over the phone as well as Paypal, cashiers / personal / business checks and money orders. Before ordering by postal mail, please phone or Email us regarding the item and the details of your payment selection. Your item will ship once the payment in full has cleared our bank. For security purposes, do not provide your credit card details via Email. Also, when emailing an order or inquiry, please include a relevant topic (i.e. Item Type / Brand / Model number) in the email "Subject Line". Warranty: Full-size jukeboxes are not a part of this warranty, their warranty is detailed below. 2. Defective or Damaged Product: Our Crosley Distributor allows us to extend their own 'No Hassle' warranty for domestic U.S. customers, which runs concurrent with the Crosley Warranty, for a period of 30 days after the purchase. Their ‘No Hassle Warranty’ means that if there is a problem with a Crosley product in the first 30 days, our distributor will repair or replace the item and pay for the shipping on the replacement unit, as well as issue UPS “3-attempt” call-tags for the defective product. Replacement or repair of units is at the discretion of the Crosley distributor based upon the condition of the received unit and ease of repair. The Crosley products must be returned intact, and only the exact items returned will be repaired or replaced. It typically will take five working days to repair or replace the unit after receipt. Please note this warranty is not available on items shipped to international / non-lower 48 US state locations. (see details below) To activate this warranty replacement or repair, the following procedure must be followed: a. A Return
Authorization number must be obtained from our office by calling
(800) 806-4231 or emailing sales@oaktreevintage.com. Please have the
following information available: ii. Name and Address to send UPS Call-Tags for returned item iii. The quantity, product number and reason for return 3. International Shipments (including Canada): UPS does not provide call-tag service for international shipments. Therefore, the ‘No-Hassle’ Crosley distributor warranty is not available outside of the lower 48 of the United States. The Distributor will repair or exchange defective items shipped internationally for a period of 30 days after receipt, but does not cover any related shipping costs for the item’s return to the distributor warehouse or back to the consumer or dealer. The warranty also does not cover issues due to errant AC power applications. All Crosley products are designed for 120 VAC / 60 Hz. The Crosley Telephones utilize standard US telephone jacks. 4. Non-Defective or Non-Damaged Product: Oak Tree Enterprises LLC strives to be very descriptive in it's product listing to ensure a good 'product to customer fit'. If any additional information is needed to help with the purchase decision, we welcome a phone call. If a product has been 'mistakenly' purchased, or it's description has in some way not been conveyed to the purchasers expectations there is a 30-day return policy for new, undamaged and / or non-defective product. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for this service, and the item must be received at Crosley distributors prior to credit being issued. All return shipping costs for products returned for refund or credit shall be borne by the purchaser and the initial shipping fees are not refundable. a. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from our office by calling (800) 806-4231 or emailing sales@oaktreevintage.com . Please have the following information available: i. The original Oak Tree Enterprises LLC sales invoice number / purchaser info. ii. Name and Address to send UPS Call-Tags for returned item iii. The quantity, product number and reason for return Items must be
returned in original packing, and in 'AS NEW' condition, unless there is
an original problem / issue with the unit, or cannot be repaired /
replaced and be completed within 30 days to qualify for this return. No
refunds or credits will be issued beyond 30 days. Each new, Crosley full-size jukebox has a limited 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty requires the customer to re-package a defective jukebox and make it available to the carrier for pickup and return. If a jukebox customer does not keep the original packing material for the length of the warranty, we are not responsible for return packaging or shipping. We place a “Read Before Unpacking / Do Not Discard” note on each full size jukebox that instructs the buyer that they must retain the original packing for warranty service. We make every effort to work with jukebox buyers in the field and assist them with repair or replacement items, or suitable repair facilities. If that is not possible, jukeboxes may need to be returned to the Crosley distributor for warranty repair. *Return Authorizations beyond 30 days must utilize Crosley Warranty Service (except for Full Size Jukeboxes) *The distributor is not responsible for items not received at their warehouse (ie, lost / damaged in return transit). *If a refund or credit is issued for returned merchandise, it will be issued at current pricing (less the 30% restocking fee and all shipping costs). *International orders (including Canada) are not eligible for the ‘No Hassle’ Crosley 'DP' distributor Warranty *There is no “Advance Replacement” program. Items must be received at the Crosley distributors prior to replacement or repaired product being shipped.
