Commercial grade, portable, Hobart fat content tester for beef, bison and other meats. This kit is fast and accurate for measuring the fat percentage in ground beef. This kit is portable and a "must-have" for supermarkets, restaurants, drive ins, meat processors, institutions, butcher shops and meat packers / suppliers.
The Hobart F101-1 Fat Percentage Measuring Kit ensures quality standards when processing ground beef, as it measures fat percentage from 10% to 40%. Just run a small sample of ground beef and the rest of the results will be within 1%.

Includes: 2 official "PYREX" funnels, 3 official, "HOBART" test tubes, 2 cleaning brushes, heater, screen, scale, pre-printed record cards, portable carrying case and original instructions.
Heater / timer / power lamp tested and all work great.
6ft, heavy duty, grounded cord with no nicks cuts or cracks. UL Listed. (having ALL the glass ware this one comes with allows two congruent tests to be conducted). (Also, having ALL the glassware saves up to over $400 alone on a kit that doesn't have it included)

Case is in good shape with normal, superficial finish wear. No rust. Both latches work great. All 8 feet intact as well as the carry handle. Case hinge working perfectly.
The unit itself is 17.50" h x 12.50" w x 6.50" d and weighs 25lbs.
