It is molded of light-weight plastic (3.5 oz for this 'mock-up' vs about 2 lbs for the 'real thing') and the front panel is a 2-dimensional 'sticker' (so wouldn't likely be appropriate for close-up shots / scenes). It is 'bone' / cream color, but you could paint any color you desire / need. The antenna slides in from the back (once snapped into place, would be difficult to remove) and is flexible. These are 'walkie talkies' in the style of 'brick' cell phones. They are pretty much true to form for design, with the small 'push to talk' button on the left side and the 'volume' control on the right. The 'Rubber Duckie /  Ducky / Whip' antennas do not detach. They are functioning walkie talkies that utilize a standard 9-volt battery to work. Lower section of number pad can be pressed to activate and send Morse Code tone. Both are in great cosmetic shape. The antennas are slightly 'tweaked' and not perfectly straight. One has the battery door 'latch' broken, but door is there. Likely work on CB channel 14 as most single channel walkie talkies do. Measures 3" deep x 14" tall with 'Rubber Duckie /  Ducky' style cell phone antenna included.

Old-School, Motorola "American" big "BRICK" Cell Phone in charcoal. Does it work? It does if used with a working battery ('cause we have a "shop" battery and tested it, but who cares, you likely couldn't use one on any modern system, even if it did.) Selling for prop use only with a non-working battery. Slightly thinner front to back, by about 1/2" than other bricks. 'Rubber Duckie /  Ducky / Whip' style cell phone antenna included.

Again, Phone is much lighter in color than the photo shows. It's a medium or "Battle Ship" gray, not the charcoal that the photo lighting shows.

Old-School, Radio Shack, "Cellular Mobile Telephone" model 17-1003. Portable Cell Phone? It's about as portable as carrying around your microwave oven. It weighs in at 10 POUNDS!
Does it work? Dunno. Who cares. You couldn't use one on any modern system, even if it did. It's all in great cosmetic shape. Original Retail in the #393 / 1986 catalog was $1200. for the basic system. It also includes the 'Rubber Duckie /  Ducky / Whip' antenna, but that was forgotten at the photo studio for the shoot. No charging cables / units included. Selling for prop / display use only.
